Since our first project together in 2012, TBH Creative has worked with Logansport Memorial Hospital to make continual improvements in online outreach by helping with inbound marketing strategy and content development, email marketing, website design and development, social media management, blogging, Google ads strategy and management, and more.

Event Marketing
Logansport Memorial Hospital holds a 5K and fun walk called the River Bluff Run event every October.
TBH Creative redefined the event’s brand elements in 2015, developing a bunch of new assets including an event logo and tagline, selecting new fonts and a color palette, billboard design and print collateral, and defining promotional design layout styles.

Digital Storytelling
TBH Creative helped Logansport Memorial Hospital highlight patient stories on their website to bring to life these real patient experiences and treatment successes.

Email Marketing
In 2016, TBH Creative helped Logansport Memorial Hospital launch its strategic email marketing work.
Their existing email list had no segmentation. TBH Creative helped LMH launch a campaign in early 2017 to gather additional recipient information. As a result of this campaign, 42% contacts self-selected into health services segmentation buckets to enable tailoring content based on patients’ interests. This customization also improved open rates to an average of 29.8%, nearly double the healthcare industry’s average email open rate of 16.87%.
Social Media Management
The goals of Logansport Memorial Hospital’s ongoing social media marketing efforts include expanding their reach and engaging positively with patients and the community.
The successes so far include:
- Growing the Facebook page following by 1,200+ “likes” since 2016
- Improving organic reach by 24% between 2016 and 2017
- Boosting the engagement rate by 5% each year since the project management started
Results
Within days of the launching the upgraded hospital website, Logansport Memorial received online appointment requests from the website for the first time. This upgraded feature made lead generation trackable and allowed us to set baselines for future marketing efforts.

Comparing the old site to the new website design after launch, the bounce rate improved overall by nearly 30%, with mobile bounce rate improvements at 42.3%.
