The Logansport Memorial Hospital marketing team reached out to TBH Creative in 2012 knowing they didn’t have the best hospital website design to educate and serve their patients. Throughout the three phases of this initial project, we collaborated on a redesign to update the Logansport Memorial Hospital website’s code and design.
But, our partnership goes well beyond website design and development.
We have worked with LMH over the years on microsites, graphic design, email marketing, and social media. A couple of noteworthy projects include campaign work for their annual River Bluff Run and creating a microsite and promotion activities for a 2016 patient stories-focused campaign to highlight the compassionate care. We also work with the Logansport Memorial Hospital marketing team on a handful of recurring projects—researching and writing weekly articles for their blog, helping to manage and curate content for sharing via their social media profiles, and assisting with the execution of user-segmented email communication.

Logansport Memorial Hospital holds a 5K and fun walk called the River Bluff Run event every October. TBH Creative redefined the event’s brand elements in 2015, developing a bunch of new assets including an event logo and tagline, selecting new fonts and a color palette, billboard design and print collateral, and defining promotional design layout styles.

In 2016, we kicked off quarterly email marketing with Logansport Memorial Hospital, and our first goal was to get the data necessary to do more effective messaging with targeting. Their existing email list had no segmentation so we recommended a campaign in early 2017 that resulted in 42% of contacts self-selecting into health services segmentation buckets, which allowed us to tailor email content based on patients’ interests.
This customization also improved open rates to an average of 29.8%, nearly double the healthcare industry’s average email open rate of 16.87%.
