First hired: 2013
2016: TBH Creative kicked off quarterly email marketing with Logansport Memorial Hospital to gather data necessary to do more effective messaging with targeting.
2017: Since their starting email list had no segmentation, we launched a campaign that resulted in 42% of contacts self-selecting into health services segmentation buckets. This new information has made it possible to tailor marketing email content based on patients’ interests.
2019 & 2020: TBH Creative launched campaigns to support services and treatment offerings, including OB/GYN pregnancy care, orthopedics/total knee replacement surgery, and chronic wound care.
