With the dry cleaning market shrinking due to a shift in buyers’ needs and new local competition, Classic Cleaners hired TBH Creative to help them create plans for increasing business by building brand awareness, launching campaigns in support of other service lines, building a system to track and analyze the results of all promotions, and more.
