Classic Cleaners hired TBH Creative to help them assess their dry cleaning marketing strategy and identify opportunities to make tweaks to their marketing that would support their goals of building brand awareness and measurably increasing customers.

Goals—

  • Update brand identity elements (including modern typography, color palette, messaging, and more) and execute changes consistently in all marketing collateral (print and digital)
  • Move dry cleaning website to new, faster hosting to improve site speed
  • Create custom stock photography collection
  • Redesign and recode the website homepage to strengthen usability
  • Set up a reporting dashboard that ties all marketing efforts together and reveals which marketing efforts are working (and which aren’t)

Branding

Classic Cleaners hired the TBH Creative team to update and expand its visual brand.

Our work included creating a more cohesive identity system (including a style guide, expanded color palette and fonts, custom photography, store signage with custom icons, social media templates, and more).

Colts campaign

After Classic Cleaners became an official partner of the Indianapolis Colts, TBH Creative helped by creating custom digital advertising graphics, landing pages, email marketing, print materials, LED signage, a radio script, and more.
