What do you love about your job?

Definitely the flexibility. My job is different each day, and I enjoy the variety and challenges. I’m out talking to clients, developing marketing plans, building code, creating design or evaluating traffic reports.

What’s your most productive time of day and why?

I’m definitely a morning person. If I can get to work by 7 a.m., I get a lot done before calls or meetings start.

At the end of the day, what makes you smile?

Family time. A few hours with my girls.
