Nicole has loved writing since she was a kid. She went to college with plans to study journalism and creative writing, but ended up taking a detour and landed in business school studying marketing.

Nicole has been working in communications and content marketing ever since.

As a writer, my goal is always to better understand what makes a business special and put myself in the shoes of its customers and stakeholders. I believe creating content without getting to know your audience first does them a disservice, so I learn as much as I can.

The team is incredible. Everyone is a master of their craft and committed to quality work, while being totally down to earth and fun. I also love the variety of projects I get to work on and the great clients I get to meet. I learn something new every day.

What do you wish clients already knew?

How important it is to tell their stories. I think some clients are doing such amazing work in their industries without realizing just how impressive it is. That’s where content can really help them shine.
