Front-End Web Development Job in Carmel, IN

TBH Creative’s Front-End Web Developer will be responsible for the development of custom websites, programming sites into various CMS platforms, and day-to-day maintenance.

You have experience developing CMS-driven websites, utilizing modern HTML, CSS / SCSS. Consistently. You are a problem solver, who understands cross-browser/device compatibility and is able to troubleshoot on your own.

The role and responsibilities

Provide excellent support to our clients and team members.
Responsible for general website maintenance and development support queues.
Produce clean optimized code for custom web designs that utilize best practices and industry standards.
Continually develop your skillset and grow within the company.
Troubleshoot code issues.
Assist the development team with testing and other development tasks.
Stay up to date with new development standards for all technologies utilized by TBH Creative.

Must-have skills

Experience developing CMS-driven websites, utilizing modern HTML, CSS / SCSS.
Understanding of cross-browser/device compatibility and is able to troubleshoot on your own.
Ability to make responsive design decisions without design files.
Experience working with custom WordPress theme development.
Dedication to producing great code and serving your clients well.
Self-starter with the ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Sketch / Photoshop / Adobe XD (enough to export assets and determine style specs).
Experience with custom theme development (not purchased themes).
Understanding of modern development best practices.
