Marketing Generalist Job in Carmel, IN

TBH Creative’s Marketing Generalist is responsible for handling a variety of web and marketing project tasks for client work and agency initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the team to support the completion of projects. There will be repeatable tasks and new projects weekly. Some typical assignments will include preparing graphics, prepping web photos, building web pages or other campaign assets, executing client support requests, reporting data entry, social media planning and posting.

You are self-managed and like learning new things.

Seniority Level: 3+ years experience required
Employment Type: Full-time on-site; Part-time would also be considered

Responsibilities

Manage the ongoing client maintenance queue
Perform recurring marketing quality tasks, e.g., checking for broken links
Execute website page production projects as assigned by the VP of Operations
Schedule and post organic social posts for clients as needed
Assist with other specified production tasks as needed
Set up landing pages and emails
Execute website testing including running scans, link checkers, and speed tests
Crop and optimize photos for websites
Execute scheduling of social media and blog posts
Data entry for reporting monthly/quarterly
Execute technical SEO fixes and draft reports
Draft monthly agency email newsletter
Write blog posts for TBH Creative
Collaborate with Content Specialist on social media, blog, and email creation for TBH Creative brand including scheduling, production and tracking metrics
Handle office support tasks, e.g., answering the phone

Must-have skills

Strong attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time and meet deadlines

Basic HTML skills/understanding
Website production experience
Experience using the Adobe Suite
Web/blog/marketing content writing skills
Experience with social media ad management and content creation

HubSpot software experience
Understanding of search engine optimization
