Graphic Design Job in Carmel, IN

TBH Creative’s Graphic Designer is responsible for handling a variety of graphic design tasks.

You’ll work closely with the team on the creative side of projects. Tasks will range from basic graphic creation (for websites, ads, or social media) to the creation of brand assets (brochures, flyers, downloadable PDF assets, infographics, slide deck) to full branding work. You can follow a template to create new graphics, can expand within an established brand, and you can create new templates and visual brand ideas.

Responsibilities

Develop creative and visually appealing design solutions
Create social media posts and advertising graphics
Photo selection, cropping, and optimization for design projects
Graphic design layout for a variety of assets and brand materials
Visual clean-up on presentations, documents, and various other materials
Demonstrate attention to detail and consistency in design-related tasks
Incorporate client feedback and make necessary design revisions
Communicate design choices with rationale
Work within project timelines and meet deadlines effectively

Must-have skills

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications (INDD, AI, PSD, PDF, XD)
Demonstrated understanding of visual design systems, hierarchy, typography, illustration, iconography, photography, data visualization, interaction, and composition
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and incorporate client feedback
Ability to manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks
Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in design work
Flexibility to adapt design styles based on client needs and brand guidelines
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
A portfolio showcasing design skills and relevant projects
Knowledgeable about digital file management organization and web-based production workflows
