Before joining TBH Creative, Katie served as CEO of Generation Moonshot and as director of marketing and communications for a healthcare service provider.

Katie values clear communication, well-documented processes, and consistency. Her goal is to help every TBH Creative project run smoothly and efficiently. She’s always happy to answer questions and make sure you have the right information at the right time to keep things moving forward.

Name one thing you wish clients already knew or understood.

Digital marketing rarely produces instant gratification. Marketing takes time to create and execute, then it needs time to start realizing data.

Marketing strategies include a variety of platforms that are intertwined through strategy to provide a desired journey for your audience. Understanding your audience and how to connect with them allows us to market smarter and realize the best results.

What do you do when you're not sitting in front of a computer?

I try to be intentional about putting down my devices and picking up a book. Most days you can find me at the dance studio, basketball court, or soccer field—and I wouldn’t trade this season of life for anything.

Anytime I get the chance, I also love hopping on a plane to escape to somewhere warm and sunny.
