Project Opportunities

TBH Creative is always looking for talented individuals to assist with creative web site development and graphic projects. We are interested in establishing an ongoing relationship for project based contract work.

We are currently seeking highly skilled, detail oriented individuals with the following skillset(s):

Web site Programmer / Software Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust, easy-to-use, ASP.NET-based web applications
  • Creation/Configuration of database schemas
  • ASP.NET programming of site management pages
  • Development of dynamic and functional web forms
  • Troubleshooting web applications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years proven experience of web development, using ASP.Net, VB.Net and/or C#, XML, MS SQL Server, Security Standards, JavaScript, HTML, XHTML and CSS
  • A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the User Interface to Relational Database Structures
  • Ability to solve web and programming problems and provide logical solutions that fit the user requirements and client needs. A strong understanding of procedural and technical documentation is also required
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines

Web site Interface Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Design of highly effective, usable web interfaces
  • Ability to understand client goals and create web presence to meet those needs
  • Understand web site technology and CSS to build designs that "work" with technology
  • Utilize Web 2.0 standards and techniques in design solutions
  • Think "outside of the box" to create new, unique web design ideas

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years proven experience of Web Design, using Photoshop
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines

Web Developer (Site build out)

Responsibilities:

  • Development of HTML and CSS from provided finalized designs
  • Validate mark up against XHTML 1.0 Strict
  • Comply mark up with standard Search Engine Optimization techniques

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years proven experience of Web Development
  • Must be fluent in hand-coding standards compliant XHTML and CSS
  • CSS-layout design experience
  • Standards compliant JavaScript experience a plus
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines

Graphic Designer/Artist

Responsibilities:

  • Page layout for brochures, annual reports, and other printed materials
  • Creation of identity solutions (logo, letterhead and business card)
  • Production work
  • Prepare files for printer (prepress/preflight skills)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years proven experience of graphic design, using Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Comfortable working cross platform on both PCs and Macs
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
