TBH Creative is hiring an entry level web professional. If you understand websites for business and a broad range of skills from code to graphics to social media, you might be a fit. This is an opportunity to gain a lot of experience and growing responsibilities based on performance.

Requirements/Skills

• 4-year college degree required.
• BS in a technical or creative field preferred.
• Proficient with Photoshop, HTML/CSS coding
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work concurrently with multiple projects.
• Understands how to use Social Media and its benefits for business.
• Recognizes what good web design is.
• Quick learning of new things and changing technology.
• Passion for high quality website work.
• Highly motivated to learn about building successful websites for businesses.
• Comprehension of SEO techniques and strategies a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Routine daily maintenance of existing sites and applications – from graphics to code.
• Social media and online marketing assistance. 
• Run and learn to analyze Google Analytic and SEO reports. 
• Research of client competitors and reporting. 
• Content Management System training/support. 
• Formatting website pages.
• Project specifications/requirements gathering as needed.
  

Daily Tasks:

• Perform requested site maintenance as needed for various clients.
• Strengthen design and coding skills.
• Research as it relates to Social Media – SEO – Google Analytics.
• Take ownership of daily project needs and communications.
• Communicate project status and deliverables with managers and clients.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and track/record time.
• Other tasks as needed and related to online strategy.

Contract / Contract-To-Hire Positions

TBH Creative is always looking for talented individuals to assist with creative web site development and software development projects. We are interested in establishing an ongoing relationship for project based contract work or contract-to-hire opportunities. We are currently seeking highly skilled, detail oriented individuals with the following skillset(s):

Web Programmer / Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop robust, easy-to-use, ASP.NET-based web applications
• Creation/Configuration of database schemas
• ASP.NET programming of site management pages
• Development of dynamic and functional web forms
• Troubleshooting web applications

Qualifications:

• 3+ years proven experience of web development, using ASP.Net, VB.Net and/or C#, XML, MS SQL Server, Security Standards, JavaScript, HTML, XHTML and CSS
• A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the User Interface to Relational Database Structures
• Ability to solve web and programming problems and provide logical solutions that fit the user requirements and client needs. A strong understanding of procedural and technical documentation is also required
  
• Good communication and time management skills
• Must be able to meet deadlines
