As a Director of Digital Marketing at TBH Creative, you will develop and lead multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns for a variety of clients. You will be the face of our marketing solutions and digital capabilities. Your duties will include leading project-specific strategy sessions, mapping out and executing those strategies as team lead, and having a finger on the pulse of the project performance in order to implement adjustments for client success.

Projects at TBH Creative include an exciting variety, from large to small and across several industries. It will be your job to help create the best solutions for marketing success to help our clients reach their business goals through the power of marketing. 

TBH Creative’s Director of Digital Marketing will be an experienced marketer and leader in today’s digital world, drawing from a proven track record of success to quickly evaluate, implement, and execute the best marketing solutions for our clients’ needs.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a determined and motivated individual with the following unique characteristics:

  • Advanced understanding of processes, procedures, and functions that are involved in complex digital marketing projects, proven by experience.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and executing complex, cross-functional marketing projects through to completion using modern marketing tactics.
  • Creative writing and editing skills to serve as work-product within the marketing plans (blog articles, social media content, website content, downloadable offers, website pages).
  • Proven experience in Hubspot software and understanding of inbound marketing methodology.
  • Ability to formulate expert and creative ideas to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes for clients through email, content, and social channels.
  • Must be detail-oriented and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Must be adaptable and able to calmly deal with shifting priorities and varying scopes of work for different clients.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and deliver work by set deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal accountability (“ownership mentality”) with drive for excellence and continual learning.
  • Knowledge of modern technologies and emerging platforms.

  • Search Engine Optimization understanding/expertise
  • Search Engine Marketing experience
  • Sales background
  • Previous work at an agency
  • Understanding of enterprise level Website Design and  Development process
  • Content Management Software experience

Day to day, you will:

  • Manage the development, delivery and execution of customer digital marketing efforts that address sales, marketing and lead nurturing funnel goals.
  • Implement online marketing programs for our B2B customers leveraging social media, SEO, SEM, email, content development, advertising, and more.
  • Monitor the performance and work to continuously improve programs.
